For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

To use iBuyZambia, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account and use our Services.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Zambia.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Compliance: You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

When you create an Account on iBuyZambia, you agree to the following responsibilities:

1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Account credentials.
2. Accurate Information: You must keep your Account information up-to-date and accurate at all times.
3. Personal Use: Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not share, transfer, or sell your Account.
4. Activity Monitoring: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
5. Prohibited Actions: You must not use your Account to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

For Sellers:

• Provide accurate and complete product descriptions, including images and pricing.
• You are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of products you list.
• Fulfill orders promptly and communicate clearly with Buyers.
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding product sales and taxes.

Prohibited Items:

• Illegal drugs, weapons, or explosives
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Stolen property or items obtained through illegal means
• Hazardous materials or substances
• Adult content or services
• Items that violate intellectual property rights

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.
• Buyers must provide valid payment information to complete purchases.
• Payments are collected at the time of order placement.

Platform Service Fees:

• Sellers are charged a service fee for each successful transaction.
• The current fee structure is available in your Seller Dashboard.
• Fees are automatically deducted from sale proceeds.

Refunds & Chargebacks:

• Refunds are processed according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Approved refunds are issued within 7-14 business days.
• Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in Account suspension.

Seller Responsibility:

• Sellers are responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivering products to Buyers.
• Sellers must ship orders within the timeframe specified in their listing.
• Sellers must provide tracking information when available.

Delivery Timelines:

• Estimated delivery times are provided by Sellers and are not guaranteed by iBuyZambia.
• Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Return Eligibility:

• Products may be returned within 7 days if defective, damaged, or not as described.
• Products must be in original condition with all packaging and tags.
• Certain items are not eligible for return (perishables, personalized goods).

Refund Timelines:

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
• It may take 7-14 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

All content on iBuyZambia, including logos, trademarks, text, and graphics, is owned by Kalibu Holding or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

User-Generated Content:

• By uploading content, you grant iBuyZambia a license to use and display that content.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' rights.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using stolen payment information or creating fake accounts
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other Users
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Multiple complaints from other Users
• Failure to pay fees or outstanding balances

iBuyZambia acts as an intermediary marketplace. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by Sellers. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zambian courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice. Changes become effective 30 days after notification.
