Conditions & Exceptions

Items Must Be:

  • In original, unused condition (unless defective)
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and parts
  • Free from any signs of use, wear, or damage (unless reporting defect)

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Health and personal care items (opened)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

iBuyZambia Buyer Protection:

If you paid through our platform and the seller fails to provide a refund as required by this policy, iBuyZambia may:

  • Issue a refund from the seller's account balance
  • Provide buyer protection coverage
  • Take action against the seller's account
